We reserve the right to modify any term of this agreement or to introduce new terms without prior notification to the client or visitor. Any changes will be published on this page. Modifications to certain policies or procedures may affect all current and past subscriptions. In some instances, changes may apply exclusively to new subscriptions without impacting previous ones.

Client and Visitor Obligations

Clients and visitors are required to provide accurate information during the registration process, including their full name, email address, country, mobile number, and any additional data that may be required. It is the responsibility of the client or visitor to promptly update their information if any changes occur, ensuring the accuracy of all provided data.

Subscriptions and Refunds

  • Subscription to any consultation or developmental plan offered by us is available exclusively through our website or the customer service number listed on the site.
  • Consultations are conducted through sessions that may be in-person or virtual, and participants must adhere to the scheduled date and time.
  • The client may not transfer their subscription to another person and cannot request a refund after the consultation or developmental plan—specifically, the Recovery Plan—has commenced.
  • We are not responsible for any interruptions beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, or government-imposed restrictions.
  • Each plan has a specific duration and timeline. We are not liable for any delays caused by the client’s failure to adhere to the schedule. Clients may reschedule a consultation twice, provided they notify us at least 24 hours before the session, and the rescheduled date must not extend beyond two weeks.
  • Clients may request a partial refund if a consultation is rescheduled twice consecutively by us.

refund policy

  • Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
  • The client completes the payment but later changes their mind.
  • The client is unable to implement the guidance due to personal circumstances.
  • The client breaches any terms of this agreement.
  • The client faces a technical or personal issue that prevents them from completing the consultation sessions or developmental plans.
  • The benefits derived from the consultations vary from person to person; therefore, the client is not entitled to a refund, either partial or full, due to a lack of perceived benefit from the developmental plan or failure to achieve full recovery. We are not responsible for any harm caused to the client due to a misunderstanding of the consultation advice or its incorrect application for any reason.
  • The client must pay the full amount for the consultations and packages. Any outstanding balance must be settled before the sessions commence.
  • The client is not entitled to a discount or refund for any previously purchased session from the package.
